..hi there, i guess everyone is busy with the new r6 firmware, i just want to make a phone backup first before jumping to the new r6 but i cannot get to connect my phone to pc....
...when i use the file transfer mode, my phone is connected but when i use the phone mode which i need to backup the contacts and such, the phone is not recognized at all...any help?
...i have yhe latest pc suite at the moment....
...thanks in advance, please share ur opinions

You can try to reinstall the Pc Suite and be sure you have Service Pack 2 if you use Windows XP. I had the same problem but fixed it as above.

The Pc Suite sometimes doesn't work well, you can do it more times.
