currently writing on p990i with R6 firmware.

1. phone is pretty fast now.
yup i have the same bug when you press the space bar on flip open, you will just hear a beep sound but won't open the phone window.
2. pics thumbnails are clearer now. wifi connects faster. opera mini seems to load longer this time.
3. alarm bug fixed too.
4. flash now works on video mode, not just doing the trick as a flashlight but you can actually use the light when taking video. the flash trick works on the same way, on photo mode-slightly press the shutter them move the scroll wheel while pressing it so you'll have the video mode on standby with the flash...that's the flashlight trick right?...then all you have to do is press the shutter all the way so you can record videos with the flash on
5. one thing i also noticed, there is no hissing when you move from one track of music to another track, even on silent part as long as it's playing, but once you pause it, you can hear the crackling sound (like listening to a vinyl record)
6. when you open the camera cover/slide it open & do the usual photography/video stuff, then you close back the cover, you automatically go back to the main screen without the screen saying like open cover to use the camera

excatly i just upadated mine . and man this is f**king annoying . how am i gonna suppose to enter the number if i want to dial the number and that too without flip.
and for this bug do we have to again wait for new Firmware ?

pressing the space bar needs 2 hands in my case...you can just use the scroll wheel and point it to the phone icon then click the scroll wheel..let's get used to this method until they fix the bug...i know it's annoying since they marked the space bar with that little encircled phone icon, right? ; )

I also updated to the new firmware but I still can't see any flash on/off option in video mode?

Speed dial contact pics are now smooth and clear.

Contacts opens slightly faster.

Autofocus and auto white balance works fine now.

new bug i just found out while typing a long email...i just don't know how long but i got an application error/messaging error of something...i just can't remember the exact error message...i never experienced it on previous firmwares...so i did a format internal disk and start from scratch again, made another email & when i typed so long, i got the same error again...i hate it, since i was not able to save my email..so i made another email and tried saving it on drafts every paragraph i made...quite annoying...hope they'll fix it next time...
anyone experienced this? should i do another update? or it's a bug that must be fixed on the next firmware?
