The new YouTube Mobile service is online now!
Just navigate your phone’s browser to
http://m.youtube.com and start downloading the videos. They’re in 3GP format. The video quality is pretty good.
On the front page, you’ll see a few video links and the menu - search, featured, recently added, most viewed, top rated, people, entertainment and grab bag.

Says not enough bandwidth.
Means the site doesn't work on 2.5g only 3g connections.
