someone on a diff site i use is offering a free 19" monitor to someone who is willing to meet and collect it..

apparently: Hi, I have a 19inch crt monitor if anyone wants it? It was a very expensive monitor, about £400 and has not been used that much as was on a spair PC. Its in perfect condition-It has a resolution upto 1600x1200. Cant really find any info on it...other than its a Model 990 by GVC Corporation.

Anyone wants it.. gimme a PM and I'll pass ya info on

CRT monitors aren't worth a lot of money over here any more, everybody wants TFT and Plasma monitors. I had to take 4 17" CRT monitors to the dump the other week because I couldn't even give them away!

Besides, I dread to think what the postage / courier costs would be for a 19" CRT monitor!
