Quite surprised by this according to the magazine Computer shopper read here better if you have the magazine though
http://www.pcpro.co.uk/shoppe[....]-p990i.html?searchString=p990i

Run the search to find the M600i review..

they do praise the K800i still though

This review's rating of P990 with just two stars also reflects the rating of the review itself.

As long as the writer is puting what they honestly thought of the phone, then it's a acceptable review,
However, the P990 is not a "pick up for the first time & use" type of phone, you can always tell when someone hasn't tried one out for very long because they ALWAYS say, qwerty buttons are impossible to use with thumbs, when actually after a short time in use, these buttons are fine when walking & texting ETC & present no challenge whatsoever, it just a case of getting the "feel", same as the menu system, hardware buttons ETC.
P series phones were not designed for simple minded people with short attention span.

The reviewer is a moron. The P990i does WPA/WPA2-PSK on WiFi.

The P990 is a turd but for absolutely different reasons.

The reviewing also says something similar about the M600i

ive owned the P910i so I do know they are good handsets..
but the review is ranting about it being slow, battery life etc

It simply does. Try and use Wi-Fi over an ecncrypted network and you'll see.
