The emergency numbers in SE phones is 911 999 112 right? how do I add i would like to add 117

It's not really necessary. For use of tourists etc, if you need to use an emergency number, you can generally just use 112. I believe it's internationally recognised and will forward to your local emergency services.

On my K750 emergency numbers are 911 and 112.
Earlier SE models also had 08.
But there are so many variations around the globe. Here in Bosnia & Herzegovina is 122, Serbia 92 etc.
