Ok i just got my k810i the other day i installed pc suite connected my phone via usb cable, everythign went fine drivers installed correctly software installed fine, but when i come to open the software it claims my phone is not connected when it clearly is,
So i downloaded a the new version of pc suite but still had the same problem, i tried re installing many a times but to no avail, please can someone help me and get my phone connected please

yeah i restarted my pc afyter every install, when i connect my pc to my phone nothign happens the little picture of my phone on the task bar doesnt change it stays the same with abig red cross over it, the only time when it changes is when i select file transfer from my fone but then it opens a new pc suite the orange one, i need the green one so i can install games and stuff, anyone understand me or can help me

Right click the red icon and click on the properties tab. See what pops up and might need to be changed.

dont use the version you got on your disc. download PC Suite from SE.com instead. (the disc i got with my k800 was buggy like hell. works Perfect now).

here you have the newest version.
