or is it? Related to that investigation that uncovered whitehouse staff were using unregistered email accounts to do whitehouse business without regulators getting their eyes on those emails? (they use republican party accounts - which is against the "rules"!). Maybe the pentagon just creatively self-censored to escape the official rebuke?
