Every once in a while, when someone calls me my P990i starts vibrating and it does not stop until I turn it off and on again. It does not happen everytime but every 5-6 days or so. It is a very annoying problem, since u cannot always hang up to restart if you are on an important call.

Has any1 else come across this problem? can anyone offer a solution?

Under phone status the Phone version is listed as CXC162037 r9f011. It has the fırmware released mid may - the one that added the option to turn transitions on or off.

thanks

No chance for a replacement for me. I like the phone otherwise it is just these few little things

by the way is there a way to see if the firmware I mentioned above is the latest? or is there a newer one available?

You can't turn it off. You have to switch off the phone. It happened to me today.I had an M600i before and used to start vibrating more often than this 1.Crappy phones..
