Sent my other w810i back as this didn’t have the tzones application on, so they sent a new one out. This worked ok for 20mins, then I put it down on the table and it came back to it 5minutes later, it had switched itself off. Tried switching it back on and it wouldn’t switch on. So took out the memory card and battery etc. Then tried putting the battery on and switching it on, it just stayed with the backlight on and a white screen. Phone wouldn’t do any more, left it like this for 20mins. Tried plugging charger in etc, this has no effect phone just stays on this screen, wont even turn off unless you remove battery.
I’m going to send it back to them, and they said they will replace it. I just wondered if you guys knew what was wrong with it. The phone is a t-mobile branded phone. I also noticed when it was working that the button that is at the right hand side of the screen that takes you into the menu “said tzones” my other phone this said menu.

I dont really wanna go flashing the software as im going to return it but i just wondered if anyone knew what teh fault was. like i say it was only out of the box for 20mins.

wrap it in plastic,secure with scotch tape,and throw at a wall as hard as u can and VOILA! It works
