Hi all
I have some questions about phonexs++ (tried in se-nse but didin't get any reply) Well I have to flash my phone cause i get the operation failed when i try to acces applications folder games folder. Does someone know how to do it? My phone is K800i

im not sure if phone xs works with all k800. there are CID49, 51 and 52. i think it works with the CID49 only.

IMPORTANT: BEFORE READING ON READ your phones Firmware, CDA & EROM JOT IT DOWN!!
1> You'll need the proper "FS" (don't select UNLESS you HAVE the proper FileSystem = FS) for your phone.
2> You'll need the proper "MAIN" OS of your phone too.
3> You'll need the proper "CDA" harder to figure out imo.

BUt its INFO not where the FS/MAIN/EROM. Well its there BUT you MUST post 20 posts after registering & wait 1 month; something that has LEFT me CRYING>

How to use phone sx or xs++ - 04-08-2007, 08:49 AM
i know how i felt when i first started modding my phone. not good so heres a tutorial to help you beginners out there
Uploading files to system
1. get the files you want and set up the folder directory in the folder "files_to_upload" (same location as program).
2. open xs++ and click start.
3. take your sim card and your memory card OUT NOW! Do It!
4. Hold c and insert dcu-60 (usb cable came with phone)
5. it should bring a log up about your phone containing....
IMEI
EROM CID number
EROM Phone colour
Phone model etc
6. If using phone xs you MUST have a "CID49" or lower and a "RED" phone.
XS++ supports CID51 and BROWN
7. Select FSX at the bottom right corner.

PS DONT update the EROM, as I think thats where I funked up!
8. Now you should be on the upload page.
9. If your file directry is set up correctly carry on the step 10.
9b. If not set it up NOW!
10. Click start FSX.
11. Wait upto 5hrs for a DB2020 phone to bruteforce or 25mins for a BD2010 or before to break in.
11b. I recommed doing this overnight if you have a DB2020 as it may take slightly longer
ALSO:
Flashing firmware and CDA - 04-08-2007, 09:00 AM
1. Download the firmware (Main, FS and Custom pack)
2. Open xs++ and connect your phone same way as above.
3. Click Flash or Flasing in bottom right
4. Open your main by clicking on the "..."
5. Tick the tick box for applying Main ONLY!
6. Click start flash
7. When completed unplug your phone and take out and replace the battery but do NOT switch it on yet
8. Reconnect same way.
9. Now untick the MAIN and find your FS (filesystem)
10. tick the box for file system ONLY!
11. Click start flash
12. When completed again unplug your phone but dont turn it on tke out and replace the battery and reconnect.
13. Untick the FS box and tick the finalise box
14. where t says CDAnnnnnnn\nn (or similiar) find your cda CDA list Here...
15. Choose any additional options from bottom half that you want and click start flash AGAIN
15. When completed remove your phone and battery for 5 seconds.
16. re-insert battery and turn on.
17. Firmware should be update to check press R*LL*L* and goto software info>firmware (or something like that).
PS SOrry Tranced. I know there are a LOT of scattered threads, but thats what they are bits & pieces EVERYWHERE that doesn't have DETAILED information and half assed answers which DON'T help those in dire need such as myself.
MODS can I, or someone knowledgeable on DaVinci 22.21 Client, get permission to create some kind of sticky in the Software/Technical area of this forum?
