yes it is, not sure if it can be configured to work with other ISP's?..theoretically it should, will try and find out.

Its configured to use with BT yes, but according to Wikipedia it can be Unlocked.

I'll just add that I installed this exact one with a couple of the wifi handsets last week and it was the simplest doddle to get going.

They preset it with an SSID and wep key but you can easily change these in the advanced settings
