I think the W810 is such a good phone as the W800/K750 and all other SE phones. I think problems like that one with the microphone appear only if the phone is being used roughly or being dropped often, having contact with water and etc... After all I have my W800 for more than one year and have friends who own the w810 for the same time and we all don't have any problems. But after all I think the people who post to the forums are posting because of the problems they have with their phones... I haven't seen many posts saying "My W800/W810 is working fine after a year of using it" but I see a lot of posts like "My W810 display is not working and etc...". I hope you understand what I want to say... don't get me wrong .

I love mine after only a few weeks, but it's also driving me mad.

I've already exchanged it once because the navigational pad was squeaking, it kept forgetting the up, left and right shortcuts and defaulting them, and I started getting feedback on the speaker.

And the same day I got the new one, the new one started forgetting the shortcut keys again :/

Starting of thinking of changing to the W610i as it's just become cheaper than the W810i for some reason.

Just to clarify, as I've already had a PM about the W610 being cheaper than the W810, O2 are currently doing it for £89.99 when bought with £10 airtime on pay as you go

HOWEVER!!!

This may be a mistake on the system, as the new July price guide states it's £129.99 + £10 airtime, so it may be a price mistake on the system. Still, if you want one it's worth getting to your nearest O2 shop tommorrow before they realise the mistake.
