my k810i has been working great this first week ive had it, until today about an hour ago i opened up the lens cover to take some snaps, the screen went bright white and flashed the time once then the phone kinda shut down and restarted again, i have tried many times to get my camera to work but nothign will make it go everytime i go to use the camera the screen goes white and then it dies, anyone know what could be wrong

Some loosen hardware perhaps? Try launch the camera WITHOUT opening the lens cover first and see what happens. Then open the cover and compare the effect.
There may be a possibility that it's a dodgy firmware so a reflashing is necessary. Wotanserver will do it for you the best.
