When I try to view the folders for my imap email using my se m600i and click on subscribe (on the remote folders section), i get this error everytime (Application: Messaging, Reason code: User, Reason number:11) and the application closes. This is using the regular built in email in the m600i. Any ideas? Do I have to reinstall the firmware and if so is there a way to back up settings?
