hi, I've installed the firmware update software into my pc but the application is not opening. I'm getting the message " macromedia not available download it from www.macromedia.com". So i went to the site but I'm in a fix what exactly I've to download to make the application open.

What version of flash player you have? Also it is not the flash player only. You need to have Java environment installed on your PC in order for it to work properly.
