the phone look like it froze so i took out the battery. when i put it back and turn the phone on it went to a white screen then turn black and now it wont even turn on. did i kill it or something help please. phone has never been drop

It has a software problem. You need to download new software into it from SE update service, which you have to install on your computer.
Go to the Sony Ericsson website, then the support section and download and install Sony Ericsson Update Service on to your PC. Then follow the instructions.
