just today I got memory stick from my friend and it shows some exe file and a short cut into that...

I searched over google and came to know abt it being malware/spyware

I want to format this memory stick but windows is not allowing me to do so and keeps saying that its in use by other process.

I tried to format by DOS mode also, but didnt worked either.

Pls help!

go to File manager > click on More > Format ext. mem.

thx friends ... I connected my phone with PC in my office and McAfee killed the virus immediately ... so formating cancelled

does an antivirus detect virus in the mem card also, maybe av considers it as a pen drive...
anyways, glad to know your mem card is back on track...
