> K790i Problem

I use HPM-82 earphones with my K790. Odten when i disconnect the two, the speaker on the phone stops working-I can't hear anything when I call people, phone doesn't ring etc. I have to turn it off and on again.
Is this a firmware issue?

How would you tell the difference between an original and a fake? I traded in the default K790 earphones in for these (paid the difference), and I'm pretty sure they're genuine. They came in a sealed package etc, etc.
I could be wrong though.

if theyre white then they wont be genuine
