Hi guys!
I am new, just registered today. I own a SE K750i, and have experienced problems, so pleazze try to help. Thanks in advance
1) Oddly, I noticed that there are no startup/shutdown tones in the phone; or maybe the sound is toooo low so I cannot hear??? Anyway, is there a way to make startup/shutdown tones REALLY AUDIBLE? Or is it IMPOSSIBLE? or are there no tones at all?
2) Does all of your K750i vibrates a little when starting up?
3) In the camera viewfinder, there are 2 border black lines in the top and bottom part, meaning that picture (in viewfinder) doesn't take the fullscreen.....is it the same for other K750i also? I had previously flashed to W800 (R1BC002) using XS++ and GSlide (and after disliking the Walkman Player due to its slowness in loading tracks,flashed back to K750i R1CA021), and b4 flashing, the cam viewfinder would take fullscreen......why doesn't it acquire fullscreen now?
Pretty Worried. HELP GUYS and try to answer serially!

1- the has one tone by default that cannot be changed. you can change it by using Far Manager. and yes, you can increase the volume by changing the acoustic
2- yes, it does vibrate
3- the viewfinder is in fullscreen because the resolution is set to 1632x1224(you can see it in the lower left corner[1632]). you can press 1 while you have the camera open and chose one of the 3 res available.

Incase of FAR manager, I have to admit defeat friend. I started the program and lolz...ITS SOO COMPLEX!
Heres what happened ONLY 1 HOUR AGO: I had just SUCCESSFULLY upgraded my K750i using SEUS to R1DB001, on the 2nd try. First case, update failed on 93%, but 2nd try it worked. Anyway, then I learned of 'applying patches' to phones 'MAIN' file, using XS++ and GSlide, and thus modifying the internal system. I tried it, although after flashing with the patches applied, K750i would not turn on! I HAD A HEART ATTACK! There was a message in XS++, saying "Your firmware R1DB001 has not been installed correctly and cannot be fully detected. Flash main firmware."
Then I remembered SEUS "upto93%" failure and was fortunate as I had already downloaded R1CA021's main and fs filesystems from iprotebe.cz,days ago!!!
Anyway, after trying 2 MORE times, finally I managed to turn phone on, and had successully managed to FLASH/DEGRADE my phone BACK to R1CA021.
PhEW! Some day! Better to have an old firmware than a dead phone, ISN'T THAT RIGHT??
I am guessing that the first time SEUS update failed on 93%, some firmware files had already remained on phone, hence obstructing the COMPLETE flashing bye XS++.
Anyway, I have only managed to upload my pictures, sounds, themes and games,etc, and have found your reply! Only left to setup internet connection.
P.S: Whom to contact HERE if I face phone problems, hangs, restarts and such???

I have one more question friend:
1) In my country, there are sometimes power [electricity] outages, meaning that the current suddenly goes off without notice! In such times, I listen to music on my K750i, and sometimes MINIMIZE the music and start playing a game, in the phone. I have unfortunately found that my phone USUALLY hangs or freezes whenever I minimize a song and begin to play a game. So, does phone hang in my case only, or is it a normal factor that K750i mostly hangs during running a JAVA app with a music minimized??
THIS IS A MULTI-TASKING PHONE RIGHT??
Please give a detailed answer on the problem!!

k750 is not a multi-task phone. you can have one java app/game at one time. you cant start camera if you have a java game/app minimized. regarding the freezing in your phone, this is not normal.
what is your firmware version? maybe it's a bug.

. Next morning, I tried to delete the 'Higher' ringtone, but phone restarted itself
! Assuming it a bug, I searched on net and learned of SEUS. I downloaded, installed SEUS, ran program and on the last options page of the SEUS, was displayed : Update selected_ EU2. So I updated, and hence dont know what firmware my phone originally had! Anyway, using XS++,GSlide I flashed to W800i R1BC002 but hated the Walkman Player
. Loading tracks takes about 8 seconds and also we cannot create playlists! Also, I had lost the activity menu! Besides, I wanted the Model Name to be K750i, not W800i
On Youtube, I saw a video, where a guy modified his phone and has K750i but with Walkman Player! I read somewhere on
www.se-nse.net that it happens when you flash with K750i FS file, W800i MAIN file! YUM! SEEMED COOL SO I DID THAT AND HAD K750+Walkman Player!
But I hated that, I wanted to have only SE K750i
, so downloaded the R1CA021 MAIN and FS files from iprotebe.cz (FREE) and using XS++ and GSlide again, flashed back to K750 R1CA021 firmware. Then I upgraded using SEUS to R1DB001.
So friends, I currently have R1DB001 EU_CL firmware!

Camera Software: 5.3
Customization: Europe 5
Content version: PA19

the R1DB001 is the last firmware but not the best. i think that you should downgrade your firmware to R1CA021 and you will have better results. i have R1CA021 also and i havent faced a lot of bugs...the phone only restarts itselft when i dont turn it off for a while.

You are right. R1DB001 is the latest BUT NOT THE HELL-BEST!
After I upgraded, I started the Media Player. SOUND VOLUME WAS DEGRADED BY ONE BAR
, as other users say! I myself noticed this thing!
Anyway, I then flashed my phone to R1CA021 which I had before. Its version R1CA021_EU_CL, and three words to describe it: STABLE,QUALITY AND SUPERIOR!
I have decided to COMPLETELY stop flashing and updating K750i whenever I choose! Lets be happy with the phone that I have,heheh
