> p990 acting very weird!

my p990 has been acting very weird for the last day or so....
the backlight goes on automatically every now n then, as soon as it fades out its back on again! also i cant type a sms anymore with the qwerty keypad or the on screen keyboard, it just acta very weird, if i press something something else shows up.......
the phone function works fine though, i can receive and make calls,
the jog dial also cannot be pressed in, u can use it to scroll up and down only.
the flip is off ofcourse and i have already tried tge master reset and the format internal drive, still acts the same way
ive given up and have turned it off, anyone can help me?
am using my old p910 again

that also happened to me.. what i did, i killed the media player. it solved the problem, if it wont..restart the phone..
you can't say its weird.. p990 is really weird and i already consider that a feature. to make you think out of the box to solve problems and puzzles.. hehehe..awesome!
dont worry, you are not alone dude, 90% of p990i users are having weird issues and that's not making it weird after all..

Just had the same problem a few minutes ago, the first one so far for R6, the backlight didn't turn off. But unlike the backlight bug of R5, this one is not reproduceable (so far), so I guess I can forget about putting it in the R6 bug list. One thing I do know is that it's video player-related because I killed it when I killed video. Then I tried switching on video and opening other apps on top, still couldn't reproduce it.
