You should just buy a phone and flash it yourself- it is really easy and quick.
Flashing only refers to taking off the branded software (vodaphone, o2, orange ect) and putting default sony ericsson phone software on.

Nope.

Flashing removes the firmware installed by your phone provider such as Vodaphone live menus. Also called "Debranding"

Asking them to move it to any network is called "unlocking"
this is a totally different process.

I dont think that flashing lets you install flash menus (I may be wrong) but why do you want flash menus so badly anyway?

www.davinciteam.com
Producs- click de-branding, buy now, then buy your credits- then you can download the client, log in and debrand your phone.

This is what FLASHING is.

Lets clear up what flashing a phone means, it simply reffers to erasing the firmware and replaceing it with an updated version be it branded or generic via SEUS or other clients.

I don't want to pay...
I want them becuase im bored of my old crap menu when my mates have these cool flashed menus.
If i went down to my phone shop and asked them to debrand and unlock would they do it or is there only special places that do it.

so you can afford to buy a phone but you dont want to pay?
it works out about £6 and you have an unbranded phone.

Are you sure your not talking about themes?
do a google search for themes+ Your phone model.
