Does it now? I was one of the first to bring up the idiotic decision to put in HSDPA in W910 instead of P1. Hopefuly their not as dumb as I thought, or they'd might as well forget to breathe and drop dead. Stupid, stupid decision by stupid, stupid people up in SE.

Hi all,

As discussed previously none of the announced UIQ3 devices have HSDPA and it is my belief that the reason for this is that the Nexperia chip used in these devices is unable to support it.

I am aware that the K850 has HSDPA but didn't realise that the W910 also does it really doesn't make a lot sense to me as to why SE are equipping some of their new devices with it but not their smart phones where you would of thought it would of offered the greatest benefit. But then not a lot of what SE has done recently makes a lot of sense to me anyway, i really miss the good old Ericsson days.

Marc

If i am not mistaken symbian os 9.1 does not support hsdpa and these two devices ie. P1i and w960 are still based on 9.1.
