I've finally downloaded and installed this as I was unable to synch my phone with Outlook. The installation was successful but upon reboot I got the message Capi_Worker module has closed and I've been unable to to get my phone to connect.
I've followed the troubleshooting and updated both drivers that are visible under Ports in Device Manager. However one thing I have found is that if when I connect my phone I choose file transfer mode then this works fine. I can transfer files and my phone is found. However when I choose phone mode and then try to find my phone it's not found.
I haven't tried bluetooth yet as I didn't anticipate there being a problem with the cable method as it always worked fine under XP. Any suggestions at all??
