W610i:
Better and Larger screen
Much better Java support
Slightly better browser
Better UI (better copy/paste etc)
Slimmer
Better music player
A2DP (sterio bluetooth)
W810i:
Better cam under bad lightng(not by much)
Memory stick duo pro (cheaper)
The W610i is a better phone all around... buy it unless price (the difference isn't much) is a very very import point.

marginally better? i beg to disagree. ive tested k550 (has the same cam module with w610) against w810. and the results doesnt say that w810's camera is ONLY marginally better. the smaller focal length and camera sensor of k550/w610 outputs shots with un acceptable noises even in well lighted indoor shots! w810 manages well lighted indoor shots pretty well. the cybershot software of k550 couldn't even keep up with the drawback of that 3.8mm focal length. w810's 4.8mm focal length is really beeetteeer even without the cybershot software. ;-0

If you want to use the phone more for taking pics than listening to music, you should go for the W810. But the Walkman 2.0 player does not make any difference in the sound quality. It's the same, only you get plus is the better work with playlists and media files. But if you compare the both phones to each other, you will see the W610 more stylish IMO. It is better on first sight (as I don't know much about it's construction if it is good or not). The W810 is an older model and has older user interface instead of the newer one on the W610. And the ability to run more than 2 java applications is VERY useful for me. For example, you can surf the net with Opera Mini, while you have MSN messenger running in background so you can chat with your friends... Or, have MSN messenger and play some nice game on your phone
. But it drains the battery fast too.
So If I have to choose between those two phones, I would go for the W610. It is newer, better looking for me, and has much more better interface. The slightly worse camera is not that much annoying if you don't plan to use the phone as a primary camera for taking all your pictures wherever you go.
