Why can't I run midlets in my K800 and my K610 anymore all the sudden? They have a red line across the icon, and gives me a message "Not available at the moment" when I try to run them.
And how do I fix it?
Thanks.

This is wierd!
Both phones failed in the exact same way simultaneously?

Well, the K800 failed a few months ago. At first I thought it was because I'd mounted and unmounted the M2 card in my Linux box, and maybe something went wrong. I don't think that anymore though, since I do it all the time with the Memory Duo card of my W800 without problems.
Then a few days ago my mother complains about her K610 doing the same thing.
Of course one can just install the midlets again - at least those that wasn't purchased. Would still like to know what causes it though.

I have found the solution!
Your phone stores some information in the memory card under
/system/ams
and a few other places (haven't explored in detail).
If these files are deleted you get a 'currently not available' error.
Essentially I think what happened is that your apps were stored in the mem card and the app files in the card got deleted somehow. The phone still shows that the app exists but its just an icon... the actual app is gone.
Install an app on the card, remove the card and try to start the app... I think that this'll duplicate your error.
Hope this helps. In the future make sure your apps are installed in the phone mem.
