I've been so frustrated with the lack of email capabilities on cingular's network out here in the west coast...but there is a way to just send emails pretty easily...don't know how to make receiving work...but this is just for sending:

Goto sms message and start a new message, then:

>Enter the recipient's email address as the first line followed by a space
>Then just continue and type in the rest of the message
>Select send
>When the phone asks for a number, enter 121

That's it, it will send the message out as email and get it to the email you indicated in the body of the message on the first line....just make sure there's a space after the email address.
