> Problem Connecting P990 To PC

I have today recieved a new p990 due to the touch screen not working on my other. Now when connecting it to the pc while pressing c button for seus the computer reports that its either an unknown device or that the device i have connected has malfunctioned.
Any ideas how to solve?
have restarted the comp tried it on different usb ports and have master reset the p990.

I had the same problem. For sure, I had to install PC Suite (drivers included) and then was everything OK. (for working with and browsing phone memory, you can use
plug-in for Total Commander instead using PC Suite)
