Can anybody help me, i can't access my games and apps in my phone, when i try to open the folder of games and apps, it said "operation failed",,
I need your help... Plssss.... ;-(

@charge: i know it is painful but there's not another way, at least your option works. this problem has happened with k790/k800/w850 and the only way it got solved was upgrading the firmware. now, i hope the way you said works.
