Never trust a used car salesman, my bro-in-law tells me that and for nine years he was a used car salesman!
Hope everything goes well though mate!

exactly!
also its an upgrade and he suspiciously doesn't show pics of the outside of the box nor did he fill in if it is network locked, which, unless its from o2, it will probably be.
did you ask?

alex i wouldn't worry. you paid by paypal so you will be ok, plus you said you got other details either, plus if you get your mum involved i don't think that guy will ever be able to go near a computer again never mind ebay, so don't worry, i am sure it will all be ok.

Hi A3LX,
The T-Mobile box has no branding on it so i wouldn't worry about that the only thing is you are only covered up to £150 as this seems to be his Pay Pal protection limit but hopefully all should go well for you. Not everything on E-Bay is a scam or con.

agreed. I didn't mean to scare but I have my personal limits for who I buy from and this would not have met those limits
keep us updated
btw, the t-mobile has the web'n'walk icon and a logo on the battery cover but that can be replaced for under a fiver
