I once used Samsung D500 & i liked it a lot. Suddenly i noticed a few buttons nt functioning & after sometime its screen displayed complete white color. Since then it's dead. No one was able to repair it. i even replaced its LCD but in vain. Here are some points that the service centre suggested for avoiding such damage: 1. Don't keep ur phone near a tele or computer. 2. Take care of ur phone when it's heated (avoid moisture)...

its not the screen at fault, its the ribbon cable between the screen and MB

easy fix if you know what your doing and a very common problem with slide phones

Don't keep ur phone near a tele or computer - thats complete bullshit
