2nd Quarter 2007 Financial Results Announcement and Entering the 'Quiet Period'

Please be informed that the Sony Ericsson 2nd Quarter FY'07 financial results will be announced on Wednesday, 11 July, at 18.00 US East Coast (New York) time. This announcement will be followed by a conference call with media and analysts on Thursday, 12 July, at 08.00 US East Coast (New York) time. I am today therefore reminding you that we have entered the 'quiet period' which means that from today and in the lead up to the 11th, you are asked to refrain from making any forwarding looking statement or projection to any external party regarding our 2nd Q results. Your co-operation and attention to this detail is greatly appreciated.
