I had my K750i connected via the USB cable, and had opened SE File Manager from PC, to transfer about 20 themes to the Phones internal memory. Average size of each theme was about 80KB.
Anyway, after transferring 14 themes, the phone restarted itself (while connected) and a message came up on the StartMenu bar of my PC : "Unable to comminicate with device"
Thinking it a glitch, I disconneceted phone, powered it up, and continued my daily routine.
Later, (After 4 days) I had downloaded about 18 other themes to phone , and thought to make a back-up of them . So I again connected phone as usual, opened File Manager (from PC) and accessed phones internal memory. From there obviously I entered 'Themes'.
I selected ALL the themes, right-clicked on anyone, clicked COPY, then on My Documents>SE Backup>Themes, right-clicked, then clicked PASTE. After transferring 8 themes, phone rebooted.
Anyone face this issue ? Why does phone restart when while mass transfer is taking place (either into the phone)?
BYE!

I never experience the problem you got. I prefer to paste the themes to MSD and then disconnect the fone, move them to internal memory manually by some clicks. afaik, transfer speed to MSD is much faster than to the internal memory (using SE File Manager).

Same here, i always transfer files to the Mem stick first, and then manually move them from there to the phone memory using the phone's file manager.

So, before connecting your phone, turn it on, then plug the cable. The only contents you'll see are on the memory stick.

For transferring phone items to the PC, use reverse method : move to mem stick, then copy to PC by cable.

I've never connected my K750i to the PC while turned off, except for updates or flashing, so I've never had this problem of it shutting off unexpectedly.
