You have to hear this strange but true story about my
Haunted Toaster
It all started several years ago when I received a toaster for a wedding gift. I really wasn’t sure
what to do with it, but I had seen several people put them on their kitchen counters as decoration.
Recently there have been some very disturbing occurrences involving the toaster.
I think the toaster is haunted!
I pressed a large black lever that was on the toasters side and that is when all the trouble began.
The toaster became very angry and began to glow. I could swear it was even getting hot.
I left the toaster alone for a few days and didn’t tell a soul. (to be truthful I was a little scared)
When I returned to the toaster and tried the handle, it happened again.
I read somewhere that ancient civilizations made sacrifices to angry gods. I decided to do the same with the toaster.
I pressed the toasters handle once again and the anger returned. I feared I had little time to act.
I made an offering of bread. (I used bread because it fit in the toaster’s slots)
At first it seem to please the toaster but what came next was Horrifying. The toaster rejected my offering
by spitting it back at me. It was singed around the edges and had browned in the middle.
Like I said it was
Horrifying.
I immediately pulled the decoration off of the counter and decided to sell the toaster.
If you ever find yourself in this situation, burnt offering tastes surprisingly good with jelly.
You are bidding on a toaster. I cannot guarantee that it is haunted but something is very weird about it.
Anything that comes with the toaster would be considered a gift.
