> o2 refurbished phones

I can get the N95 on the tarriff i want from the 02 site with a refurbished phone for free.. can anyone tell me what the difference in refunds and stuff is if there is a problem with it compared to a non refurbished phone?
If there's going to be loads of hassle with it if there's a problem then i'd rather pay the difference
There doesnt seem to be any info on the site i cant find any anyway!

afaik, they cannot change the return details on it.......
and if it's a Nokia it has a 2 year warranty on anyway...
i see no real problems with it...

If a fault arises with your refurbished handset within 28 days of delivery we will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund. If a fault occurs within 6 months of delivery, we will offer an exchange. This does not apply to faults caused by customer damage.
If your refurbished handset becomes faulty please call the Returns Helpline: 0870 225 0208
but that's for P+G... I can't find anything about refurb contract phones!?

Just a quick update to say I got my phone and im rather happy with it.. and that it came boxed in an o2 box with all the relevant bits x anyone with any worries about refurbished phones can be rest assured they are just the same as a "normal" one just cheaper lol..
us students have to be stingy x

someone I know bought a REFURB 6230i from 02 last year on PAYG and it took them ages to refund th guy basically the mic died on the phone lol
