As the topic title says, can SE replace my scratched cover for a fee? My phone met the asphalt today(sob) and got some scratches, and I was wondering if they can replace the casing for a fee, and possibly how much it would cost?

It's normally not that difficult to change them yourself.
What phone is it?

W610. But won't I loose the warranty then? Or is it undetectable?

i think you will have to pull the sticker off at the bottom looking at my mums w610i (and from what I've heard about the w880i)

There is a Walkman sticker at the W880, but not on the W610.

It would be undetectable if you do it preciously without causing any minimal scratches to the phone

Ok, but where can I get genuine, high-quality casings? And can/will SE authorized repair center do it for me?

An authorized

service center should have genuine parts to change like housings and etc... But after all you can find yourself housing on many other sites. Ebay,
www.cnn.cn. The choice is yours. But I suggest you (if the service center is not far from your place) to ask them what price do they look for to replace the housing with new genuine one and compare it to other place's prices, so you can see what option is most suitable for you.

if you still have warranty i think you will just pay the casing...but if not you will also pay service fee...and it will not tolerate the warranty in authorized service centers. because in ebay, etc you have to do it yourself
