When the P1i was announced, a lot of people rejected the idea that it was an upgrade to the P990, claiming that it was just a replacement for the M600.

Well that's all very well, but what does that make the M610i that's just been approved by the FCC? Pictures here - http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=150836

This would seem to lay the argument at rest - the M series is alive and well, and the P1i is not a member of it!
