you can use phone xs to know your cid. probably yours is cid49/51/52

follow the steps given in this
tutorial. it was tested with a k750. as yours is a k800 you'll need the k800's usbflash drivers. dont know if the k750's work with the k800's.
note: you only want to know the CID of your phone. phone xs will tell you what cid your phone is as in the second image.
