you can try this:

close the update app, remove & reinsert the battery of your phone and start over..

hard to tell, but it could be a mess with seus and/or the drivers or a problem with your usb port or your firewall, if you've recently installed one or if you've made any changes on it.

have you ever been able to update your phone on that pc or is this your first time ?

an installation progress should take place and appear in your taskbar when you press c + connect your phone on that screen. does that happen ?

u can try the following:

un- and reinstall seus, disable your firewall and give it another try using another usb port.

well, i already re-installed SEUS, no effect.

I used other USB ports, still nothing.

But when i connect the phone to the usb cable, shouldn't a box pop-up for installing the usb-flash driver?

and yes i already updated using this PC a while ago.

And no i don't have a firewall.

as mentioned in my previous post, yes, it should..

if nothing happens at this stage, u can:

1. connect another phone and check, if the phone is being recognized and if u are able to proceed to the next page.

2. try to update yours on a friend's pc

3. try it again on your own pc, but with another dcu-60 cable

if 1 works, there might be a problem with your handset.
if 2 works, there is still a problem with the configuration or installation of seus & drivers on your own pc
if 3 works, u know what it is
