> Sony Ericsson Service Center too slow

I was trying to check if my firmware was up to date but for some reason my phone got corrupted and tried doing it again and i couldn't reupdate it cause it keep on telling my phone is up to date. So I called SE customer service and told me that i need to send my P990 to indiana so reflash it. I asked them how long does it take to repair it and told me 10 working days. So I sent my phone and hoping it'll be faster than 10 work days to work with my fone but unfortunately my fone is still there indiana and still no update if I only knew that there's a new update last june 15 i could've tried it updating it and most likely it'll run. I just don't really understand why it's taking that long. Does anyone here having same problems with the service center.
