I have a IVT BlueSoleil bluetooth device that can see my K810i phone through its own software, but I am trying to connect my K810i to the floAt's Mobile Agent software via bluetooth. When I try to search for my phone I see a message saying that there are no items to display in this view.
Why would the BlueSoleil software be able to see my phone but the floAt's Mobile Agent software not be able to?
Am I doing something wrong?
I am running Windows XP SP2 if that makes any difference.
