> k790a to k850i: A worthwile jump?

I'm considering switching from my k790a to the upcomming k850i, but I have to ask myself: is the jump really worth the price?
I realize that this is a highly individualized question, because any commodity's utility value can only be judged in relation to the user's financial disposition, but I think a lot of people are grappling with this so I thought I'd outline the merits of my dillema:
I love my k790a. It performs every function I want from it:
1.) The ability to take high quality night photos in loud/dark situations, facilitated by its xenon flash
2.) An a2dp music interface for music in my car as well as an ipod replacement (so to speak)
3.) Various java apps (gmaps, gmail, opera mini) work seamlessly
I see the k850i as an upgrade in every category, but not entirely convincingly:
-Sure, it has 5mp, but if the sensor size is the same, my night shots wont be any better, they will probably be just noisier. That is completely undesirable
-The media player looks to be a serious upgrade, so in that regard it should be great
-The java apps should be about the same, albeit they will load faster with the higher speed connection, but in all honesty, it wasn't as if the EDGE on google maps/mail was snailish for me...it was pretty adequate?

With that being said, I think the k850i will warrant a ~$300 net upgrade (to purchase w/sell k790a) if:
1.) The camera is far more adept in terms of night shots
-Much greater xenon flash burst
-Less noise
-Better autofocus
-More controlability (control of shutter speed/settings etc...)
2.) All of the kinks and oddities of the latest phone are weeded out
-I had terrible earpiece volume problems with the phone.
-The music player interface was so basic...I need something a bit more advanced, especially for playlists/sorting...
-Video recording takes a massive LEAP forward, because it was practically useless on the 790
With that being said, I can only wait for final picture samples (in DARK conditions) to come out, as well as the final specs for the n82/sample pics to surface.
Perhaps I shouldn't even waste the money upgrading? I'm just not sure yet...
