the phone is brand new(2 days old) and it was working fine until i use SEUS,the program finish fine at 100% but when I power the phone it just vibrates......no wsod,no red light just vibrates.
I don't have a receipt that's why i need your help!!!

My suggestion is Reflash the phone. Take out the battery before and after. Hope it will kick in!

could be that there isn't enough power left to start up..
charge it for a while and check what happens..

It is 99.99% unlikely that your phone is a brick or paper weight yet. As the did not start after firmware update, peoblem should be with the firmware (actually it is bugware) not the hardware though there is 0.01% probability for hardware failure assuming that you went through the correct procedure.
