Hi all,
Can anyone help me? Now my w950i keeping restarting (can't boot to phone) after I stall SmartThai in drive D:
Does anyone know how to explore drive D: ( I want to delete SmartThai from private folder) while the phone is off? Because I have some important files in drive D:

my friend's K510 had the same problem: it freeze at the starting up. I connected it to PC but it couldn't be detected as a new drive. I sent it to SESC.

I've had same problem with z550i. The only way was the reflashing. Try format it and to reflash.

I have reflash 2 or 3 times, but no use. Because reflash only format the drive C: but the error files are in drive D:

Did you do it with SEUS? Looks like your soft has a kind of a virus in it... Otherwise why would inactive software being stored on a drive D is restarting whole system...
Well, if nothing works - try davinci team solutions. I've used them once and it helped.

It's software that related to Keyboard (SmartThai) and Fonts, so before the system run, it need to load it first, so if it's error, the system will keep restarting too.

dude
"smart thai" is only for the phone that sell in Thailand if you buy your phone from other country you can't install it the solution for your problem is hard reset the phone and only copy thai font to the phone.
