When the psp first came out,they couldnt take a 8 gig.But i read that if your version is i think 2.81 or over,it can.So why cant se,in the next firmware upgrade,make it take a 8 gig card?

Of course P990 can take 8gigs, I can testify to that, I've tried it and it works flawlessly, just like any 4gig/2gig/1gig msdp. There's a whole thread about this somewhere in the forum.
