Im having the hardest time getting the battery cover open for this phone so i can get the sim and battery in anyone got any tips

i tried brute-force which seems to be best solution.
make shure you don't put any preasure on the op half of the cover.
put both thumbs at the bottem (where the curve starts)
now pull down with a smooth move, and the back cover will come off.

ok well, i was used to the usual sliders that SE have this one though, you have to get your nails under the bottom of the phone where the cover is and then pull it away.
