Try taking the battery out and leaving it out for 15 mins and see if that helps.
If not, try updating the firmware via SEUS, if it states you have the latest firmware version, click 'install anyway' to re-install it. It won't wipe your music, and will hopefully get the phone working again!

The same thing happenned to my w900i,vodafone,three times.i was able to revive it just by plugging it into my computer in the first two incidents.the third time it just revived itself the following day when i put the battery back on...They probably just going to reflash it,goodluck.

If it's still in your warrenty, and you don't live in the UK or HK, they give you a choice; either wait like, a month or two for them to recieve your phone first, test to see if it realli DOES have the WSOD, and then order one in from the UK/HK, or decide to get a different model instead.
It happened to someone before, and they chose to stick with the phone, although the phone they were given a choice of at the time was a W810; a moderate downgrade.
