> Please help: Buying from Expansys
Bookmark topic
I am thinking of buying a new phone from Expansys but would like to know a few things first, if anyone has purchased from there before help would greatly be appreciated:
1) Are phones purchased brand new, sim free and unbranded
2) Do phones come sealed in original packaging with all original accessories and full manufacturers warantee
3) Do they have good customer services and returns policy
And finally does anyone know any other good website to buy mobiles from?
Thanks

I have a lot of my members complaining about them, they are not fussy where they get stock from so this can lead to problems.
Play.com i like.

Personally i have never bought anything other than a screen protector from expansys as i think there prices are too high.

They've a lot of accessoiries for Windows Mobile smartphones, more than most shops. We've bought several items, never any problems, well packaged, quick delivery, bit expensive though.
But when you're looking for something, you're happy when you've found it, even if it costs a few euros more.

Have purchased from Expansys quite a few times... a t610, p800 and I think my first P900 was from them as well as my p990...
The phones I have bought from them have been brand new and unbranded... unless otherwise advertised... they seem to be very professional...although... a little expensive.... customer service is a matter of each person's experience...
I have found them to be a little slow to answer emails... but in the end they do...
Hope this helps...
I have ordered my next phone from them and at this moment waiting for delivery...

I've used them for lots of purchases and found them to be a very good company. I've returned two phones this past week because i) I liked the phone but found it too be too big ii) managed to get the same thing from Orange for next to free. Both returns were accepted with no problems and a full refund given (less postage but that's fine).
Staff are polite, efficient and delivery is very quick.
I have bought many phones, PDA's from them and recommend them. Now Pixmania - that's another story.......
