Am I doing something wrong or is it supposed to behave like the above while syncing on the p990? When I save a new mobile number on the phone it saves it correctly to mobile number. However a mobile number saved in Outlook after syncing displays as Mobile Number(w) on the phone. Anybody know of a fix for this problem?

Think this is because you can put at least 2 mobile numbers in Outlook for 1 person, I.e. Mobilo (home) and mobile (work) and it determines the number entered on your device as mobile (work)! Only way around this is to register the new contact as mobile (home) in outlook and let it transfer to your mobile as opposed to the other way round! Then again I might be wrong! Ha

Your solution sounded like it was surely to work! but Doh! Outlook has only one mobile phone category and anything entered into this category will be entered as mobile phone(w) after syncing. Man this sucks! I dont know how SE could screw up in this after so many firmware upgrades. I'm surprised nobody has complained either.

Oh this is not SE fault but a problem on Microsoft part, this is a flaw in all devices I lost alot of numbers whilst thinking they would be syncin to my OWA.
