> Sony Ericsson Z200 keypad/address book problem

Keypad shortcuts no longer work and the address book has everything in duplicate! In case it matters, i'm on Virgin Mobile (Pay as you go - and this is my third from them). I only ever use it as a basic phone - only bought it because it was on a deal that made it the cheapest in the Megastore when the old Alcatel died. And I liked the look of it. Always found staff helpful but they haven't been able to help on this one. Oh, and as a newbie I did try a search...

The Z200 was always a buggy phone unfortunately. And because it's just such an old phone, there isn't much support available.
I'd say just to cut your losses and get another cheap phone.
How about the Z310? Just as nice in design IMO.
